The Actions of the Messenger and Their Indication of the Rulings
Main Article Content
Abstract
There is no doubt that the actions and sayings of the Messenger are the religion of Islam, so scholars of fundamentals took care of the actions of the Messenger as much as they cared about his sayings. They originated its divisions and their indication of legal rulings. It is well known that the rulings on the actions of those responsible are five: the obligatory, the desirable, the forbidden, the disliked, and the permitted. There is nothing forbidden or disliked in the actions of the Messenger, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, due to his infallibility. Fundamentalists have divided the actions of the Messenger, blessing and peace be upon him, into three categories: The first section is pure devotional acts. These are the acts by which the Messenger, blessings and peace be upon him, intends to worship Allah Almighty. The second section: purely mountainous actions which are the normal actions of the Messenger. The third section refers to the actions that bear worship. The latter occurred in a dispute between the jurists. The researcher collected all of that in this research, to know the actions of the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, their divisions, and their indication of rulings, and showed their application on the rules.
