Main Article Content
Abstract
The gift is the ownership of money in life without compensation, which is legitimate in money, and the king achieves it by arrest, the gift of the desired Sunnah, because of the consequent interests and love between the donor and the receiver, and from the beauties of religion and the honors of the shim, not to return the gift even if I say. Scholars should study the subject of the gift, and to know its provisions and the sayings of the jurists about it. Hence, the importance of research is to understand the legitimate text, the jurisprudence, and the derivation of Sharia rulings of this subject. In order to show the science of a venerable scientist who has great credit for the development and demonstration of the legal jurisprudential rulings, except the Azra'i sign, but the conclusions reached in this research are: that the gift of religion to anyone other than the one who is religious is true, and that the gift must be settled between the children in the gift, and that the father has the right of recourse in his gift to his son.
