THE MORPHOLOGICAL STRUCTURES DERIVED FROM THE ROOT "FAJR" IN THE NOBLE QUR'AN AND THEIR IMPLICATIONS
Main Article Content
Abstract
The Arabic language holds a significant position among world languages as it was chosen by God Almighty for the revelation of the Noble Qur'an. The Qur'an's voices, words, and sentences are considered a miracle that challenged both humans and jinn. This miracle has garnered great interest and care in understanding and deriving legal provisions from its texts. Moreover, the Arabic language has also been used to gain knowledge about past and future events, which is a metaphysical science that is only known by God, the prophets, and those established in the field.
Esteemed scholars have long addressed this significant task, dating back to the era of the caliphs and companions. This includes the first generation and those who followed, resulting in a remarkable legacy that is a source of pride for the nation. Today, we have undertaken a research study on the morphological structures of the root (Fajr) in the Holy Qur'an. The study is focused on morphological and semantic aspects, analyzing the various morphological variations of this root in both nominal and verbal forms. The research has identified the presence of past and present tense verbs derived from this root, as well as other related forms such as the verb (hit - hit). In addition to noun conjugation, this includes derivatives such as the source and subject name.
