Abstract

The topic of this paper deals with the governors' interaction with the local population and its impact on public life in the Rashidun era. They had a great role in improving the situation of the population of Egypt and treating them well in accordance with the teachings of the Islam. For this reason, the caliphs chose their rulers from the most important persons and those who possessed the good qualities. Also, the rulers were ruling according to justice in which the good conduct and care of its residents were available.
