Characteristics of successful school administration among primary school principals in Kirkuk Governorate

Abstract
The current study aims at studying a successful administatration specifics for primary schools’ headmasters in Kirkuk governerate, the population of the study consists of( 40) headmasteres and male and female including (20) headmaster male and (20) headmaster female in Kirkuk governerate in 2021 . 2022. Then it was depended on instrument which consists of (27) points. Instrument was showed on group of experts to investigate from its truth and questionare was prepared to treat the data and investigated by Person criteria in the light of these results, the study investigated the following:
- Train the headmasters males and females by training workshops to develop their administrative skills.
- Make the administration follows decentralization as much as possible.
The most important suggestions are:
- Make comparative study for successful administartion specifications according to gender ( male and female).
- Make comparative study for successful administration specifications according to city centre and rural areas.
