The theory of improvement and ugliness and its role in the structural thinking of the principles of jurisprudence - a fundamental study

Abstract
The theory of improvement and ugliness is one of the great rules that define the navigator of the science of jurisprudence because it is a general guide in fundamentalist thinking. Dozens of total and partial rules were built on it ،and its impact on fundamentalist thinking was great. I mentioned the related rules of the statement ،how the fundamentalists used to think to build their fundamentalist rules and the extent of their impact on their thinking.
