Abstract

In this jurisprudential research, which I called (narrations of incantations in the Book of Integrity by Al-Babarti). The narrated some jurisprudential issues related to Hajj.

This research included three topics:

The first topic: introducing the book of incantations.

The second topic: the opening of the circumambulation of the Black Stone.

The third topic: Ihram by imitating the gift.

In the conclusion of this research, I summarized the most important points in it as follows:

First: Results:

  1. The book Al-Raqiyat is one of the anecdotal books narrated on the authority of Imam Muhammad bin Al-Hassan Al-Shaybani (may Allah have mercy on him) without the book of the apparent meaning of the narration, which was narrated by his student Imam Muhammad bin Sama’a when Imam Muhammad was a judge in Al-Raqqa, and from this the book was taken its name.

  2. Imam Babarti (may Allah Almighty have mercy on him) referred to the book (Al-Raqiyat) in four places in his book, which included two issues related to Hajj.

  3. It is narrated in the incantations: if the circumambulation begins without the Stone, that half does not count, unless it reaches the Stone, from which the circumambulation begins.

  4. It is narrated in Al-Raqiyat: Whoever imitates a camel and sends it without watering it, and goes to Hajj, he does not become forbidden until he catches up with it.

Second: Suggestions. Collecting issues of incantations from Hanafi jurisprudence book
