“Necessities Permit Prohibitions”: Applications in the Part of Assaulting others’ money

Abstract
The prohibitions and their permitted applications are the core of this study. The study aims at focusing on the guarantees that are destroyed in case of necessity. As such, the jurisprudential rule of necessities came to permit prohibitions and their applications in the part of assaulting the money of others.Many applications fall under this rule.
