Abstract

This research aims to clarify climatic concepts in the Arab Islamic geographic thought, as it contained the concepts of climate and the heat, wind, rain, evaporation and other climatic factors in the books of Islamic geographical heritage, and their development during the Islamic ages that were characterized by independence through direct observation of the phenomenon and experiences that Muslims acquired it at that time, and that each of these steps is capable of conveying the image of the life it deserves to reach the fountains of human heritage, so that our Muslim scholars remain a source of pride and appreciation for their efforts with the wealth they left that added to the human scientific civilization.
