Abstract

      The function of examining confinement is one of the legitimate rights of each arrested person, requiring those who prove that right to administer the affairs of the waqf (endowment). One of the most important duties placed on the head of confinement in Andalusia, is to be responsible about  the management of endowments or confinement, architecture, rent, defend, develop its resources, collect the endowment, and disburse it to the those who deserve it. Many of the output of endowment was lost because of the negligence therefore, it was very important to have someone who was able to take care of the resources and outputs of endowment.
