The Efforts of Abu Bakar bin Mohammad bin Amro bin Hazm in the Administration of the Al-madina Almunawra (87-119 AH)

Abstract
This study deals with the administrative efforts made by Abu Bakar bin Mohammad bin Amro bin Hazm in the administration of the Almadina Almunawra from the 87 AH to 119 AH. We will deal with his name, his lineage, and a description of the most important cases he has decided upon. The research is divided into two sections. The first section is the mandate of Abu Bakar over the district, and the second is the mandate of Abu Bakar over the emirate of Almadina Almunawra. The study reached to a number of results, the most prominent of which are the Umayyad Caliphs' keenness to take over the judiciary and their continuous communication with Abu Bakar to impose security in Almadina Almunawra, and Abu Bakar assuming the city’s emirate for more than once and presiding over the emirate of the season.
