Abstract
This research paper dealt with the study of exclusion a number of the scholars in the Islamic Arabic Maghreb and most important of their scientific and intellectual products particularly in the Islamic Arabic Maghreb without Anduls, which weren't coincide with the visions and trends of the ruling authority in the Era of the Unified as well as the other reasons that were a reason behind those exclusions, and we entitled this research paper by ( Exclusion of the Scholars in the Islamic Arabic Maghreb for the period 543-638 H. / 1148-1240 AD), where the most prominent exclusions have been researched and the extent of the influence volume these exclusions have left.
