Abstract

   A deep state ,sometimes known as rooted state or a state within a  state is made up  of unelected institutions and administrations. Followers of this state are working to achieve their own interests and harm  the higher interests of society. This state has effective  means to use in achieving its illegal goals and acquisition of money and weapons. The most prominent manifestation of this state secret and mystery. Supporters of this state don’t hesitate to use violence such as killing, kidnapping and forced absenteeism against all those who stand against their tendencies. The main prominent goals of this state is to control and acquire the nation, s capabilities. Often the organization of this state  to planning and implementing the evil goals out of  in the dark rooms out of sight. Among the most important components of this state are the top army , police, security and intelligence chiefs, it's also include businessmen, money and owner of major companies as well as it contains people of experience specialization in the field of management also workers in the field of journalism and media. Such as state can emerge in only in failed states and fragile societies that are ruled by corrupt political systems. The danger that this state  represents is reflected  in the negative effective on the society in all respects  especially in
 the security social and economic aspects.
