Abstract
Many scholars of Andalusia have been subjected to many trials and tribulations in all areas of life, whether social, political or scientific, and the extent of their severity affecting them .The scholars and writers of Andalusia have gained a prominent position among princes and the general Andalusian community alike, due to the place of science in the hearts of the public and rulers in addition to the need of these rulers for religious legitimacy in order to consolidate their influence and consolidate their rule and authority through the support of scholars to them, and scholars, like other human beings, are vulnerable to affliction. In themselves, their money, or their companions, and it is a Sunnah enacted by God in his faithful servants, so the calamities that these people were exposed to were the result of a deceit that they were subjected to at night by some rulers, for fear of their increasing influence or the intensification of their power, or the greed of some of them in the emirate. The plunder of their money and property with false pretenses and excuses, and those reasons that we mentioned above were the reason for choosing this topic and addressing this period of time, for the great role that these scholars played in Islamic history and the political problems and turmoil in this period of time (the era of the emirate and the caliphate) that cast a shadow on the scholars of Andalusia Therefore, he shed light through this study on a part of the lives of scholars and an important elite of society during that period .
