Abstract

He captured the minds of a group of people, and they were the best helpers for the enemies of Islam in challenging Islamic jurisprudence in whole and in detail.As a result, some abnormal opinions, and fabricated ideas, in the interpretation of narrations and news, and in the interpretation of this verse or that, and with everything that is happening, man-made law and the rule of the clan rule the entire Islamic world, until the crime of adultery spread with it, corruption spread, and injustice prevailed, and many With him is blackmail, especially in light of the spread of the Internet among the sons of this generation, so the Muslim is looking forward to his past where Sharia and its just rule prevailed with adherence to religion and authentic Arab values, and as a result, seminars, conferences and seminars are held, to help people remove what stuck in their minds that Islamic Sharia It is an unjust law, and it is against humanity and a distortion of all the values ​​of Islam, so the Islamic Sharia was integrated in its aspects, its goals are good, its purposes are noble, and it remains the precedent of all human-made laws and rulings. It has shed light on the most dangerous crimes in society, which is the crime of adultery, the research aims to demonstrate the seriousness of the crime of adultery and its negative impact on the individual and society in general, and it has been denied by all heavenly laws, including the seal. The laws - our Islamic law - as well as their strong rejection by the clans, as no Muslim would accept them for his honor, and this is one of the purposes of Sharia, which is the preservation of offspring.
