Abstract

Civil society organizations are a civilizational necessity that signifies the progress of the peoples and their advancement. In a short period of time, they have been able to play important roles, including assistance to victims of war and violence. This research attempts to shed light on the programs and activities that targeted the teaching staff in the representatives of the Ministry of Education for the affected areas and their role in constructing the capabilities of teaching staff in displacement school in Erbil.
