Abstract

This research discusses the legacy left by the dead, when it is late to divide it among the heirs, so a set of jurisprudential rulings ensues, which needs further clarification and clarification, such as the ownership of the estate. And the growth of the estate, its additions, the disposal of it by some of the heirs, the payment of its zakat, etc., all of this is about which the views of the jurists differed, and therefore needs clarification and clarification. , depending on the strength of evidence, accompanied by the objectives of the noble Sharia, seeking what is closest to the truth, so this research came in the definition of the inheritance, and the time of its transmission to the heirs, and the ruling on the growth of the inheritance, spending on it, and disposing of it by some of the heirs, as well as discussing the profits of the estate. , and traders with it from some of the heirs without the permission of others, then discuss the zakat of the estate, and whether it is owed by the deceased or the estate, and if it is owed to the heirs, is it based on the amount of their shares of the estate, then the conclusion includes the most important results reached by the researcher?
