Abstract

The study of the decrees issued by the Mamluk sultans in Egypt during the Mamluk era is one of the important studies because of the very valuable information it contains. It explains to us about the good governance and administration of that sultan and the extent of his closeness and interest in the members of the community or vice versa, and because it is an official document written about its contemporaries or workers in its court, it was characterized by accuracy and honesty in a very large proportion.
