The Teachers' Style in Dealing wit h Individual Differences and Their Relation to Burnout, and Satisfactio n with Educational Preparation Fro m Their point of View

Abstract
Research aimed to know how teachers deal with individual differences in their students and their relation to burnout , depersonalisation and satisfaction with educational preparation from their point of view . Differences among them are in terms of gender, specialization, age, experience , number of training and development courses they participated in. Research also aimed to reveal the relation between emotional exhaustion ,depersonalisation, satisfaction with the educational preparation and teachers’ attitude . The sample consisted of (241) teacher (males , females ),on which the researcher applied (method of dealing with individual differences criterion) created by the researcher, emotional exhaustion and depersonalisation criterion ( from Maslach Burnout Inventory ) (translation and arabisation of Awda 1988 ), and detection of satisfaction with educational preparation criterion (researcher preparation) . The research results were based on statistical methods: Chi square , Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test , and Levene's Test for Equality of Variances. The study showed that the research sample (teachers) adopted the method of negligence in dealing with individual differences, also detected differences according to specialization, in the benefit of scientific specialty, and experience; in the benefit of the less experienced.
