Abstract
The theme of the research is about the organization and its principles as well as the recognition of the organizational problems. Since the organizations are important and their role is great for all, there is no society without organizations, especially with the development of societies and changes that are exposed to the circumstances and thus reflect these changes on the organizations of society, whether negative or positive. The researcher relied on the analytical approach to highlight problems that affect organization. The research tackles, in addition the relationship between the organization and the social environment. It elaborates on the way community is affected by the material and moral problems that affect the organizations
