Abstract

The employment of the close shot in visual arts, including the arts of formation, especially ceramic murals, is an institution of the memory that makes up the personality of every nation or society and represents its complex structure, and is characterized by the continuity of its action and its impact on cultural products and as a result the features of contemporary civilization, including the art of ceramic murals, and the contemporary Iraqi plastic artist and potter be specifically inspired by the abundant amount of close-up shots in ceramic murals at the level of creativity. Hence, the need for this research is to try to put us on knowledge and know-how with the wide employment of the close shot on buildings of porcelain mural. As for the second chapter, it consists of two topics, the title of the first topic of it was: the role of the close shot in communicating the mural to communicate the formal meanings of ceramics, and the title of the second topic: the employment of the close shot of the Rafidian legend and its stylistic transformations on the contemporary ceramic mural. The second in what resulted in the framework of consideration. The third chapter is devoted to analyzing the research sample. The fourth chapter contains the results.
