Main Article Content
Abstract
The process of instructional design represents one of the scientific outcomes produced by educational technology for the purpose of developing the educational process in a way that makes the learner its center. It works to reduce effort, time, and costs, and move away from traditional teaching methods. This has resulted in the design of educational programs for curricula in educational institutions. Based on this, the researcher decided to establish the problem of the current research by designing and implementing an educational program in the subject of design to develop visual impression among students of the Institute of Fine Arts / Sulaymaniyah and to reach results that achieve the research objective and its hypotheses. Therefore, the following question was raised: What is the effectiveness of the educational program in the subject of design for developing the visual impression of students at the Institute of Fine Arts / Sulaymaniyah? To verify this, the experimental approach was adopted to achieve this goal as it is the most appropriate scientific method to reach that.
The research population consists of students from the Department of Fine Arts / Institute of Fine Arts - Sulaymaniyah, with a total of (173) male and female students for the academic year (2022-2023). The researcher obtained these statistics from the administration of the Department of Fine Arts at the institute. A visual impression test was constructed for the purpose of measurement. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of statistically significant differences that worked on developing the visual impression among students of the experimental group.
