Job Performance of the Heads of Department from the Teachers’ Point of View

Abstract
The aim of the research is to know the job performance of department heads from the viewpoint of the teaching staff at the University of Tikrit.
The research community representing the heads of departments of the colleges of education/ Tikrit University was determined, and the research sample consisting of (80) persons were intentionally selected from the heads of the departments, and the sample was divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group.
