الملخص

هدف البحث الحالي الى تـقويم الدورات التدريبيـة التي تـقيمـها مديريـة تربيـة محافظة صلاح الدين لمـعـلمي مـادة العـلوم ومـعـلمـاتها .


شمل مـجتمـع البحث وعينته مـعـلمي ومـعـلمـات مـادة العـلوم المشتركين بالدورات التدريبيـة المقامة مـن قبل المديريـة العامة للتربيـة فـي محافظة صلاح الدين للعام الدراسي (2018 – 2019) م والبالغ عددهم (30) مـعـلمـا ومـعـلمة . أعدت الباحثة أداة لتـقويم الدورات التدريبيـة تكونت مـن (37) فقرة ضمـن ستة مـجالات وامـام كل فقرة وضعت ثلاثة بدائل , وقامت بالتأكد مـن صدقها الظاهري بعرضها عـلى مـجموعة مـن المحكمين , كمـا قامت بحساب القوى التمييزيـة لفقرات الاداة , كمـا حسبت ثبات الاداة بطريقتي اعادة الاختبار ومـعادلة كرونباخ الفا .


وبعد تطبيق الاداة عـلى عينة البحث ومـعالجة البيانات أظهرت نتائج البحث أن للدورات دورا او اثرا ايجابيا ودالا احصائيا فـي تطوير وتنميـة المـهارات التدريسيـة لدى المـعـلمين والمـعـلمـات , كمـا اظهرت النتائج ان اعـلى مـهارة تمت تنميتها هي مـهارة الشرح , تليها مـهارة صياغة الاسئلة وتوجيهها للتلاميذ ،وفـي ضوء نتائج البحث وضعت الباحثة مـجموعة مـن الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.
