الملخص
يُعد الفكر الجغرافي السياسي نتاجًا لتفاعل الإنسان مع المكان والسلطة عبر مختلف العصور, وقد مر هذا الفكر بمراحل تطورية بدأت منذ الحضارات القديمة، حيث ظهر في تصورات المصريين والبابليين والإغريق حول العلاقة بين الجغرافيا والحكم، وبرز في أعمال فلاسفة كأفلاطون وأرسطو, وفي العصر العربي الإسلامي، شهد الفكر الجغرافي السياسي ازدهارًا ملحوظًا من خلال إسهامات العلماء المسلمين مثل المقدسي وابن خلدون، الذين ربطوا بين الجغرافيا والعمران والدولة. أما في العصر الحديث، فقد تطور هذا الفكر ليأخذ طابعًا علميًا ونظريًا، خاصة مع بروز مدارس الجيوبولتيك في أوروبا وأمريكا، والتي ركزت على مفاهيم القوة، والموقع، والحدود، والنظام العالمي. إن تتبع هذا التطور التاريخي يُظهر كيف أصبح الفكر الجغرافي السياسي أداة أساسية لفهم العلاقات الدولية وتفسير النزاعات الإقليمية في السياق المعاصر.
