التحليل المكاني لظاهرة الرضاعة الطبيعية ومستقبلها في محافظة صلاح الدين 2023- 2033

الملخص
تعد ظاهرة الرضاعة الطبيعية من الظواهر المهمة لكونها تُعد وظيفة طبيعية بيولوجية تؤمن من خلال الام المرضعة الغذاء المثالي للطفل الرضيع وخاصة خلال الاشهر الاولى من عمره وخلال المراحل الاخرى وقد تصل الى 24 شهراً, اذ كانت في العقود السابقة الطريقة الوحيدة والحيوية في تغذية الاطفال, وتراجعت هذه الظاهرة خلال العقود السابقة وصولاً الى يومنا هذا في محافظة صلاح الدين, ولهذا التراجع اسباب ومتغيرات عديدة تمت دراسته. اعتمد البحث على بعض الاحصاءات الرسمية مع بيانات الدراسة الميدانية, وتوصل البحث الى عدة نتائج منها ان معدلات الرضاعة الطبيعية في المحافظة منخفضة وبلغت 14,8% من مجموع النساء اللواتي انجبن اطفال عام 2023 وهي في الريف اعلى من الحضر وبلغت 17,6% مقابل 11,7% للحضر, وتم الاعتماد على عدد من المتغيرات رئيسة وهي مستوى تعليم الام, ومكان السكن بحسب البيئة(حضر- ريف), والرغبة للام في انجاب طفل آخر, النقص في التربية الصحية للأسرة والام, المستوى المعيشي للأسرة وصحة الام, وجود اكثر من زوجة في الاسرة. وتم وضع عدد من المقترحات لمعالجة هذه المشكلة.
