الإجهــــــــــاد المهنـــــــي لــــــدى معلمــــــي المـــــدارس الابتدائيـــــــــــة

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على:
1- الإجهاد المهني لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية.
2- الإجهاد المهني لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية وفقاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور- إناث).
3- الإجهاد المهني لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية وفقاً لمتغير سنوات الخدمة من (1- 5 سنوات) ومن(5- 10 سنوات) ومن(10سنوات فما فوق).
ويقتصر البحث الحالي بمعلمي المدارس الابتدائية ومن كلا الجنسين (ذكور- إناث ) في المديرية العامة لتربية محافظة صلاح الدين، قسمي تربية (الشرقاط- بيجي ) للعام الدراسي(2022- 2023).
ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث بإعداد مقياس للإجهاد المهني والذي تضمن ثلاث مجالات (المجال النفسي، المجال الجسدي، المجال السلوكي) وقد أحتوى المقياس بصورته الأولية على (40) فقرة، وبعد استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس، أصبح المقياس بصورته النهائية يضم (40) فقرة، وقام الباحث بتطبيق أداة البحث على عينة تضمنت (400) معلماً ومعلمة موزعين على (25) مدرسة ابتدائية وبحسب (الجنس وسنوات الخدمة).
وتم التحقق من صدق المقياس باعتماد ( صدق المحتوى بنوعيه، الصدق الظاهري والصدق المنطقي– وصدق البناء) وتم حساب القوة التميزية لفقرات المقياس, إما الثبات فتم حسابه بطريقة أعادة الاختبار, وألفا كرونباخ، وعُولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS).
وأظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي:
1-يتصف معلمي المدارس الابتدائية من كلا الجنسين (ذكور – إناث)، وسنوات الخدمة(1- 5 سنوات) ومن(5- 10 سنوات) ومن(10سنوات فما فوق) بمستوى دون المتوسط من الإجهاد المهني.
2- عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمين حسب الجنس من (الذكور والإناث)، وعدم وجود فروق حسب سنوات الخدمة (1- 5 سنوات) ومن(5- 10 سنوات) ومن(10سنوات فما فوق) في الإجهاد المهني.
