الملخص
يعرف التنمر الالكتروني بأنه شكل من أشكال العدوان ، يعتمد على استعمال وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وتطبيقات الانترنت ( الهواتف المحمولة ، الحاسوب ، كاميرات الفيديو ، البريد الالكتروني، صفحات الانترنت) في نشر منشورات أو تعليقات تسبب الضرر بالآخرين ، أو الترويج لأخبار كاذبة أو ارسال رسائل الكترونية لألحاق الضرر المعنوي والمادي بالآخرين .
وتنبع أهمية البحث كونه يبحث في موضوع مطروح وبصورة كبيرة على أرض الواقع على المستوى العالمي والاقليمي والمحلي ،فضلا عن أنه يبحث في ظاهرة سلوكية خطيرة ذات اثار تربوية واجتماعية قد تهدد كيان المجتمع بأسره.
ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة :
ماهية التنمر الالكتروني وأشكاله ؟وما هي العوامل والاسباب المؤدية الى انتشار التنمر الالكتروني ؟ وماهي الاثار المترتبة عليه؟ ، فضلا عن تقديم أهم التوصيات و المقترحات اللازمة للحد من انتشار هذه الظاهرة.
وستعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل الى نتائج مهمة منها:
- يكون محيط تأثير التنمر الالكتروني شاملا لكل البيئات المجتمعية سواء اكان الضحية اطفالا أم شبابا أم كبار السن.
- تَعَرَّض الأمن الشخصي للمتلقين وخصوصيتهم للخطر عن طريق المشاركة غير المصرح بها لمعلوماتهم الشخصية، مثل عنوانهم وارقام هواتفهم والتفاصيل الأسرية الحميمة التي تخصهم.
- تزداد مستويات التنمر الإلكتروني لدى الاشخاص المضطربين سلوكيا وانفعاليا، فضلا عن أن كافة أشكال التنمر الالكتروني ارتبطت بتدني مستوى الكفاءة لدى الاسرة.
- لا يأتي كل التنمّر الإلكتروني من قبل الناس الذين يعرفون المتلقي؛ وغالباً ما يتم إرساله من مجهول، مما يترك مزيداً من الآثار على التحقق من سوء المعاملة خارج الإنترنت أيضاً .
