الملخص

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى الشخصية الارتيابية وعلاقتها بمستوى الطموح الاكاديمي وفق متغير (الجنس – التخصص) ، حيث بلغ حجم العينة (400) طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة كركوك للعام الدراسي (2020-2021) ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعد الباحث مقياسا للشخصية الارتيابية ومقياسا لمستوى الطموح الاكاديمي، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج الآتية : إن طلبة الجامعة لديهم مستوى أقل من المتوسط من الشخصية الارتيابية ، وجود فروق تبعاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور ، لا توجد فروق تعود للتخصص ، يتمتع طلبة الجامعة بمستوى طموح اكاديمي ، لا يوجد فروق يعود لمتغير الجنس ، ووجود فروق في متغير التخصص لصالح العلمي ، وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الشخصية الارتيابية ومستوى الطموح الاكاديمي .
