الأزمة العراقية الكويتية عام 1990 والمواقف الإقليمية والدولية منها

الملخص
كانت العلاقات السياسية بين العراق والكويت يشوبها الحذر والتهديدات والتناقضات في أغلب الأحيان, حتى وصل تدهور العلاقات إلى درجة عالية من التصعيد العسكري انتهت باجتياح العراق للكويت في 2 أب 1990، ومن ثم جاء التدخل الخارجي منذ بدايتها لتحقيق غايات منشودة مثلت حالات تشظي في الأمن القومي العربي وفشل الوسائل الدبلوماسية في معالجة هذه الأزمة، منذ بدايتها ما يتخذ من إجراءات في حالات تهديد السلم والأمن الدوليين, واستعمال القوة المسلحة لحل هذه القضية وإخراج العراق من الكويت, وما تلاها من أحداث سياسية وعسكرية انتهت باحتلال العراق من قبل الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
