تقويم كفاءة الخدمات الصحية العامة في مدينة سامراء لعام 2021

الملخص
تعتبر صحة الفرد العامل الاساسي لكل المجتمعات الانسانية كونها العامل الفعال لبقاء الفرد عنصراً حيويا منتجاً قادراً على مزاولة نشاطه الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بكفاءة تؤمن بقاء حياته وتطورها وتضمن رقي وتقدم المجتمع الذي يعيش في كنفه، ومن التخطيط الصحي هو الوسيلة التنظيمية لوضع برامج الرعاية الصحية، علاجية و وقائية على جميع المستويات كما انه الوسيلة الفعالة لتنسيق الخدمات الصحية بما يؤدي الى تحقيق الاهداف بكفاءة عالية و يهدف البحث الى بيان واقع حال التوزيع المكاني للمؤسسات الصحية في مدينة سامراء لعام2021م وكذلك التعرف على كفاءة الخدمات الصحية على مستوى احياء المدينة وكفاءة الموقع المكاني و مواقع الخدمات الصحية بالاعتماد على معايير التخطيط المحلي ومعايير منظمة الصحة العالمية في تقويم مستوى الخدمات الصحية، واعتد الباحث على المنهج التحليل المكاني بحسب السنة المستهدفة للبحث، فضلا عن استخدام المنهج التاريخي في معرفة سنوات تشييد المؤسسات الصحية في المدينة وكذلك استخدام المسح الميداني للظاهرة، وكان من اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث هو حجم النقص الحاصل في اعداد المؤسسات الصحية فضلا عن كوادرها وهذا يتطلب وقفة جدية من قبل المخططين واصحاب القرار و ادراك المسؤولية الملقاة على عاتقهم في دراسة الوضع الصحي ووضع الخطط الصحية للخدمات، والتي اصبحت تمثل ركنا أساسيا في اقتصاديات الدول.
