الملخص
تناولت الدراسة موقف السودان من القضية الفلسطينية منذ بداية الصراع العربي الصهيوني عام 1948 ولغاية عام 1966 وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مواقف ومشاركة الشعب السوداني في الصراع الدائر بين الدول العربية والكيان الصهيوني.
وايضاً دراسة اسباب المعوقات والقصور في عدم وجود الامكانيات والمؤهلات الاساسية في بلد مثل السودان كونه لا يملك سلطة اتخاذ القرار السياسي البحت بسبب عدم حصوله على الاستقلال لغاية عام 1956، وقد اتبع الباحث منهج البحث التاريخي في عرض وتحليل المعلومات التي جمعت من الوثائق والكتب والصحف العربية وكذلك محاضر ومؤتمرات جامعة الدول العربية لغاية عام 1966.
وخلصت الدراسة الى حصول السودان على استقلاله عام 1956 وتشكيل اول حكومة سودانية مستقلة متكونة من احزاب سياسية عديدة برئاسة السيد اسماعيل الازهري واتباع السودان سياسة معتدلة على المستوى الدولي والاقليمي, وكذلك أيدت ودافعة الحكومة السودانية عن القضايا العربية المشروعة ومنها القضية الفلسطينية سواء على الصعيد السياسي أو العسكري فهو بلد عربي القومية افريقي الموقع.
