الصراع حول قبرص ما بين الجيوسياسية والجيواقتصادية

الملخص
تعيش قبرص حالة من الصراع بفعل عوامل تاريخية وجغرافية واقتصادية، فطالما مثلت الجزيرة أهمية جيبولوتيكية لموقعها ولدورها في المتوسط ولمدى تأثيرها على تركيا واليونان وعلى العلاقات الدولية لشرق المتوسط، ولتأثيرها على الفاعلين في الساحة الدولية وقد فرضت العوامل الجغرافية وجودها في كل تلك الابعاد، فالتنقيب عن الغاز الطبيعي في الجزء الشمالي من قبرص بعد تقديرات المسح الجيولوجي الامريكي ان مخزون الغاز يصل الى تريليونات الامتار المكعبة من الغاز الطبيعي ومليارات من براميل النفط، وارسلت تركيا سفن للتنقيب خاصة بعد الاتفاق التركي الليبي الذي ادى لتوسع منطقة نفوذ تركيا الاقتصادية، وادارت الامم المتحدة والاتحاد الاوروبي واليونان وقبرص عمليات التنقيب واعتبرت الامر انتهاك للقانون الدولي، في حين تعتبر انقرة هذه المنطقة جزءاً من الجرف القاري بل انها هددت من المساس بحقوقها في المتوسط باستخدام القوة.
ويتساءل البحث عن طبيعة الصراع في قبرص ودور الجهود الدولية لتسوية الامر، في حين يهدف البحث لتحديد دور العوامل الجغرافية في الصراع وطبيعة التنافس الاقليمي والدولي بعد ان خلقت حقول الغاز والبترول المكتشفة في الشرق المتوسط مساراً جديداً للصراع بين دول المنطقة مع مخاوف تطور الصراع متعدد الاطراف لحرب اقليمية.
