الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي وفق برنامج بناء القدرات

الملخص
هدف البحث الى معرفة واقع الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي بالاعتماد على مشروع بناء القدرات ، وهو مشروع ممول من الاتحاد الاوربي ويهدف الى تحسين جودة التعليم ومساواة الفرص في التعلم ويتم تنفيذه في العراق للمرحلتين الابتدائية والثانوية من قبل المجلس الثقافي البريطاني بالشراكة مع وزارة التربية ووزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية ووزارة التخطيط في المركز واقليم كردستان للفترة من شباط 2017-مايس 2020، اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي ، تكونت عينة البحث من (80) مدرساً ومدرسة ، و ( 80) طالبا وطالبة ، و (60 ) ولي امر تم اختيارهم عشوائياً من مجتمع البحث في قضاء بعقوبة التابع الى محافظة ديالى / العراق ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعتمد الباحث على الاستبانات التي تضمنها مشروع بناء القدرات الممول من الاتحاد الاوربي .اظهرت نتائج البحث ان واقع الشركة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي كان في مستوى (جيد جدا) ، اذ بلغت نسبته (80%) ، واوصى الباحث بضرورة تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي لتحسين قدرات الطلبة المختلفة ، وهناك توصيات اخر.
