مارثا واشنطن.. ودورها في استقلال وبناء الولايات المتحدة الامريكية 1731-1802م

الملخص
الظروف الحياتية والتجارب التي يعيشها الافراد تعلمهم كثيراً قوة الشخصية والعزيمة والادارة ، وتُعد من العوامل المهمة في تكوين الشخصيات ، والمرء صاحب الشخصية القوية هو الذي يتمكن من مواجهة الازمات ويتكيف معها بالطريقة الايجابية من دون أن يعاني من أي شيء ، هذا فضلاً عن ما يرثونه من آبائهم ولا سيما الاطفال منهم ، وأن هناك العديد من الصفات اللازمة التي لا بد أن يكتسبها الفرد حتى يستغني عن الشخصية الضعيفة ويكون من الاقوياء ، وهذا ليس ببعيد عن شخصية مارثا واشنطن زوجة جورج واشنطن أول رئيس للولايات المتحدة الامريكية (1789 – 1798م) ، ليس لنعيد ذكراها إلى الاذهان حسب ، بل لتتعلم النساء من تلك الذكرى، من حياة مارثا واشنطن وكفاحها ونشاطها وابداعها ومعاضدة زوجها في احلك وأصعب ظروفه ، بغرض الاقتباس من سيرتها الحسنة في العمل والعطاء.
لا يمكن انكار أن اسم جورج واشنطن يحتل مكانة كبيرة على قائمة اشهر رجالات التاريخ الحديث ، فهو يصنف واحداً من أهم الاباء المؤسسون للولايات المتحدة الامريكية ، إلا أن الامر لا يقتصر فقط على مكانة هذا الرجل في تغيير مسار التاريخ الامريكي أو ما سّنهُ من قوانين اسهمت في رسم ملامح الدولة الجديدة والتي كانت تتطلب الكثير من الشجاعة والجرأة والاقدام في مواجهة العديد من المعارضين له ولدوره في بعث الامة الامريكية ، وهنا أتى دور زوجته الثرية مارثا داندريدج الريادي التي استطاعت ان تقف إلى جانب زوجها وأن تكون السند والداعم المعنوي والعاطفي والمادي له ، فكانت سبباً في انجاحه وعظمته ، وأن القاعدة الاساس تقول : " إن النفس البشرية تبدع بالتشجيع والايمان وتقدم اكثر بهذا النوع من المؤازة ".
