اتحاد الصناعات العراقي 1956 -1983 دراسة تاريخية اقتصادية

الملخص
على اثر التطور الصناعي الكبير في فترة الخمسينيات من القرن العشرين في العراق اصبحت الحاجة ملحة لا يجاد مؤسسة تضم اصحاب المشاريع الصناعية لتمكينهم من مواصلة المسيرة الصناعية ، وتكون حلقة وصل بينهم وبين الحكومة وتعمل على حماية الصناعة الوطنية، لذلك تم تأسيس اتحاد الصناعات العراقي في الثاني من حزيران عام 1956 وفق قانون اتحاد الصناعات المرقم (52) ، وقد عمل الاتحاد منذ تأسيسه وحتى دمجه عام 1983 مع الاتحاد العام لغرف التجارة العراقية على تنشيط الصناعة الوطنية وتذليل العقبات التي تعترض طريقها ، وذلك عن طريق اتباع عدة أساليب منها ارسال البرقيات والمذكرات والتواصل مع الجهات الحكومية ، وعقد لقاءات مع الصناعيين والتجار ، وعقد الندوات والمؤتمرات المحلية ، واستقبال الوفود القادمة للعراق ، والمشاركة في المؤتمرات الخارجية والمعارض من أجل توثيق علاقات العراق الاقتصادية مع الدول العربية وبقية دول العالم ، وكذلك اصدار التقارير الصناعية والمسوحات ودليل الصناعات العراقية ، واصدار مجلة تعنى بالشؤون الصناعية ، وكتابة البحوث والدراسات التي تسلط الضوء على الواقع الصناعي وكيفية النهوض به .
