فاعلية السايكودراما في معالجة القلق لدى طلبة قسم التربية الفنية

الملخص
القلق انفعال ينتج عن خوف المتعلم من المستقبل وما يهدد كينونته واستمرارية حياته واستقرارها مما يجعله يشعر بالضيق والتوتر والاضطراب وعدم الاستقرار النفسي. لذا كان لابد من السيطرة على هذه المخاوف والتهديدات باستخدام السايكودراما لكونها مسرح نفسي ذو هدف علاجي يقوم به المرضى بأداء أدوار مسرحية يستفيدون منها للتعرف على ذواتهم وكوسيلة لإدراك العالم الذي يعيشون فيه من خلال التوعية والتجربة التي تساعدهم على التكيُّف والاندماج مع المجتمع والتفاعل معه للتخلص من القلق، وقد ظهر للباحث من خلال الدراسة الاستطلاعية أن هناك قلقاً يكتنف أغلب الطلبة نتيجة الخوف من المستقبل بسبب حالة عدم استيعاب مهمات الحياة الجديدة، الأمر الذي شجعه للتفكير في ضرورة اعتماد آليات علمية وعملية للتخلص من هذا القلق باستخدام السايكودراما لمعالجة بعض الحالات النفسية وفي مقدمتها القلق، ستتكون هيكلية البحث من أربعة فصول، يشتمل الفصل الأول منه على الإطار المنهجي وسيتضمن مشكلة البحث وأهميته وهدفه وفرضيته إذ يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على (فاعلية السايكودراما في معالجة القلق لدى طلبة قسم التربية الفنية) ولتحقيق الهدف أعلاه صيغت الفرضية الصفرية الآتية :- (لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0،05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية في اختبار الأداء المهاري القبلي والبعدي ) كما يتضمن هذا الفصل حدود البحث وتحديد المصطلحات، أما الفصل الثاني فسيخصص للإطار النظري الذي يشتمل على مبحثين أولهما يتناول السايكودراما: مفهومها، مرتكزاتها، عناصرها، والثاني سيتحدث عن القلق: أعراضه، أنواعه، أسبابه. أما الفصل الثالث فسيتناول منهجية البحث وإجراءاته من حيث مجتمع البحث وعينته والتصميم التجريبي الذي اعتمده الباحث واختبار الأداء المهاري وسيتناول الفصل الرابع عرض النتائج وتفسيرها والاستنتاجات والتوصيات.
