The Educational Philosophy of the Child Rights System in Education

Abstract
The researcher studies the educational environment that the child lives within alongside different social problems such as poverty, poor healthy conditions, bribery, and mismanagement—a matter that leads to the decline of the necessary services starting from school building to educational materials. The aim of the research is to know the educational philosophy coincided with children’s rights regarding the educational system. The research includes a set of international documents concerning the educational system of children's rights. The research examines the educational environment of the child through the lenses of pre-school’s education, which is responsible for the development of the basic cognitive and psychological capabilities in early stages of childhood, as well as the role of the school in the development of the child's personality and talents. The research deals with a set of important conclusions and recommendations.
