Main Article Content
Abstract
Talking about Islamic education and its teaching methods is one of the dilemmas that need to be described and solutions developed, because this important subject is considered among the subjects that raise the conscience of educated children and to develop in them the foundations of social cohesion, and raise in them a spirit of hope in their own abilities and national belonging. Identity is rooted as we want it and not as the other want it, who is looking to direct arrows to Islam in general and to everyone who belongs to it in particular from the people of the same society, and one of the indicators of this is that it is no longer hidden from anyone to study Islamic education, with its broad concept and broad implications, of impact and importance in the life of learners and societies and their renewal. The Islamic education lesson is a basic basis for the development of the Muslim learner and his intellectual advancement if it aims at the complete flourishing of his personality and is concerned with instilling good tendencies in himself. Education in this sense is a means and a goal, a way and an end, starting from the beginning of life, It does not end though the lives of the learners end. Because it is a social process that pertains to society, as well as to every learner in it, and the lesson of Islamic education is based on talking about Islam itself. Islam is a religion for all human beings, and because it is a system that includes everything related to the life of the learner in its various aspects as a whole, and it is a divine approach to human life. The reason for this may be that the Islamic education lesson represents education that combines self-discipline, purification of the soul, educating the mind and strengthening the body. It is concerned with religious, moral, scientific and physical education without sacrificing any kind at the expense of the other. The role of the Islamic education teacher in developing the foundations of social cohesion and in guiding learners is not hidden, if he creates good morals and works with them. The soundness that is guaranteed to clarify and explain the lesson of Islamic education is very important, including that if giving is intended for the sake of Allah. The sincerity of the believer’s faith and charity is proof of the sincerity of faith in the human heart. Islam is not limited to a belief that is believed, or a word that is only said and until the vision becomes clear. The lesson of Islamic education is a practical religion that draws for humanity the path it follows in this life, for it is a religion in which it is not enriched. The manifestations of worship and rituals from its owner are something that is not emanating from sincerity to Allah and impartiality, leading to traces of this sincerity in the heart that lead to righteous deeds.
