The Use of Modern Technology Programs in Teaching Geography according to High School Teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate

Abstract
The study aimed to find out the extent to which modern educational techniques are used in teaching geography at the secondary stage in Salah al-Din Governorate from the point of view of its teachers. The results of the study reached the following: The availability of modern educational technologies in secondary schools in the role department came in a weak degree, with a general average of (2.48), which is an almost non-existent value, and the use of educational technologies in a weak degree, with an average of (2.41, which means a scarcity in the use of technologies. Obstacles to the use of educational technologies to a large extent, with an average of (2.37), the most important of which are: the lack of educational technologies necessary for teaching, the lack of material and moral incentives provided to teachers, and the attitudes of geography teachers towards the use of educational technologies in general were positive with an average of (3.71) to a large extent, and no There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in the use of educational techniques in teaching geography at the secondary level due to gender, academic qualification, and educational experience. In light of the results, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented.
