Abstract

The health of the individual is thought to be the most important thing for all human societies because it is the most important factor for the survival of the individual as a vital, productive element able to carry out his economic and social activities effectively, which ensures the survival and development of his life and the advancement and progress of the society in which he lives. It is also a good way to coordinate health services in a way that helps people reach their goals quickly. The objective of the research is to find out how health institutions are spread out in the city of Samarra in the year 2021. It also wants to find out how effective health services will be in the city's neighborhoods and how effective the spatial location and health service sites are, based on standards of local planning and standards from the World Health Organization. The researcher used the Spatio-temporal method based on the goal year of the study, as well as the historical method to find out when health facilities in the city were built, and a field survey to learn more about the phenomenon. The study found that both the number of health institutions and the number of staff are too few. This means that managers and decision-makers need to have a serious understanding of the law to know how to fix the health situation and make plans for health services, which have become a key part of the budgets of many countries.
