Abstract

Magic played an important role in the lives of the ancient Egyptians, such as the role played by religious beliefs. They used magic in their religious and worldly affairs together, as they used it in various areas of their lives.


Magicians have practiced various types of magic, and its various forms, starting with spiritual and magical rituals, as well as summon  spirits, as well as linking astronomy, magic, astrology and fortune-telling.


Amulets and veils were the material element in the effectiveness of the magical powers of the ancient Egyptians, and in their view they were the means that transmit the effective effects of protecting man in his earthly life and in his journey to the other world.


It is this position that magic enjoyed among the ancient Egyptians, which prompted us to present this intervention, from which we aim to shed light on this phenomenon in one of the most ancient civilizations
