Abstract

The study examined the link between the administrative style and the principals of time management in relation to sex and administrative service which are two of the primary schools' variables. The researcher constructed a management measure to consist of (32) which has been put in front of each paragraph five possibilities, and the findings indicated that school principals have an average degree of time management. The results also revealed that males are more likely to be school administrators than females, and through the results it offered a researcher s perspective.
