The era, in which the Islamic state lived in continuous security and stability, opened the way to the doors for students of knowledge and scholars from all regions. They headed towards Baghdad after news of the great care and care spread from the caliphs to the scientific councils and debates attended by the caliphs themselves and with them ministers, princes and governors. After the state had completed all the requirements of the seminars, from mosques, schools, corners, and the Khanqa, it provided the necessities of study and living, such as salaries and food, and even the housing places attached to it. When all the needs and care provided by the state, the scientific and intellectual movement flourished and all scholars, students of science and the general public were allowed to express their opinions.
