Abstract

Prophetic medicine had a clear role in explaining many treatments for various diseases, as the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) had explained and treated them. It was proved that prophetic medicine is an essential part of medical sciences, and it has been shown that everything that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) referred to has achieved the utmost accuracy in the correctness of what he said and did.

The research included the role of prophetic medicine in preserving public health, as well as the role of prophetic medicine in treating diseases and epidemics to preserve the health of society. Prophetic medicine had a clear role in treating psychological illnesses, worries and sorrows.

Facts and events have proven that prophetic medicine was not used for a specific era, but rather is suitable for all times and places, and has a clear impact on public health when the prophetic directives and advice are applied. Therefore, it is necessary for universities and research centers to make the most of prophetic medicine, which is one of the best types of medicine, as it has helped society maintain public health.
