Function of Intelligible Language and the Foundations of Effective Communication

Abstract
Various languages, whether human or machine, have endeavored to eliminate ambiguity, striving to clarify their structures and mitigate uncertainty using the tools available to them. Ambiguity is a phenomenon that affects both natural and machine languages, as linguistics recognizes that the issue of moral ambiguity in language is a fundamental aspect. It is essential to any human language, representing a phenomenon that is present across all human languages, manifesting through various mechanisms unique to each language.
This research, titled "The Function of Intelligible Language and the Pillars of Effective Communication," aims to clarify the foundations that enable the speaker to achieve understanding and interaction with others. It also identifies the key linguistic elements that assist in alleviating confusion regarding language structures and minimizing it in various linguistic contexts.
