Abstract

The study focuses on the linguistic connotation of the word nasha'a that is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an. The linguistic meaning of the word indicates creation and resurrection after death—a matter that demonstrate the power of God Almighty in creating this universe and its miracles that only He Almighty can practice. As a result, everything that is said in the Qur'an regarding the creation of paradise, the resurrection after death, or the creation of living things, including the miracles of the first creation, are derived from this word.
