Abstract

This paper examines the topic of camel travel in pre-Islamic poetry, which was one of the sources of melodies at the time and can be considered a fundamental element in the construction of old Arabic poetry. It is an effort to ensure that this type of primordial chanting while traveling remains closely tied to its origins. The paper adopted poetic samples and demonstrated the connection between women and this form of voyage, whether undertaken alone or in groups. This study also revealed the methods employed in this type of journey and elucidated the position of poets from these journeys in terms of the metaphorical meanings of this journey, which served to convey common concerns. This paper considers these types of compositions as one of the poet's connections to nature at the time. This substantiates the actuality of Pre-Islamic poetry and the relationship between the poet and his environment, which is contingent on travel as destiny.
