Abstract

The research aims at the study of the weakness of Sharia supervision in Islamic banks because Islamic banking transactions vary in their means and methods, so it is considered the most economic sector dealing with risks because its intensity has increased at the present time. According to the framework of Islamic Sharia and any modern administration in today's world cannot continue or progress without follow-up, and Islamic supervision has multiple and complementary aspects to each other, so it is necessary to explain the precise work of Sharia supervision, as the Shariah supervisory board is tasked with developing through what is available to it from changing texts that accept development and control. What is existing of advanced activities, and that they have a practical and field decision in making all investment decisions in Islamic banks, and not a theoretical decision that represents only a structure for the Islamic bank, this is because it directs the attention of the largest number of people towards the work and transactions of Islamic banks in order to guarantee and preserve their money through investment operations.
