Abstract

It is a given that this study cannot take into account all the common topics to its capacity, in cases of progress of the modern legislated mind in jurisprudence and its origins compared to the abundance of jurisprudential fatwa complexes in Islamic countries. Their attempts and participation were somewhat few because they did not obtain the qualification for the fatwa that we can seriously rely on, as well as the obstacles and challenges that make the study vulnerable to the lack of discretion in the areas of their learning and specialization that are important in the course of the scientific and practical life of Islam and Muslims in particular, and we make it clear from what we have said that the research They share two basic approaches in the form of analysis in successive steps on the one hand and inductive i.e. deductive so that the researcher moves from the part to the whole and elicits common factors through generalizations in the individual studies to know the definition of ijtihad and its fundamentals in keeping with our times and its extreme importance in jurisprudential thinking, which allows us in this approach From standing on the most important causes of different types and their direct impact to study by professors and students mm It has a significant and qualitative impact on the progress of Islamic studies subjects, addressing the sluggishness related to the educational process in all its aspects, giving sufficient space through those in charge of the educational process as a whole, and giving the right of each lesson its importance to make it popular with the learner for the science of the principles of jurisprudence and other Islamic sciences, and to determine the sites The defect in the methods of teaching and treating them in an appropriate manner for each branch of these sciences to advance the forensic science and its purpose and application in society in a correct and convincing manner through previous successful experimental work and its activation in the elements of the successful educational process and the development of its performance from one generation to another in all aspects of life.
